PT Takasago International Indonesia (TID) factory was inaugurated on November 2019. It is in Greenland International Industrial Center (GIIC), Block CD no. 11 & 18, Deltamas, Cikarang Pusat, West Java 17530, Indonesia
The site has 2 main buildings. Fragrance building is the closest to the main gate and Flavour building is at the back. Fragrance building has 2 stories with total area of 3,220m² where Flavour has 3 stories with total area of 6,990 m².
This site is fully equipped to handle operations pertaining to Flavours & Fragrances manufacturing
TID plant has total land size of 15,828m² and total building area of 11,751m². Below picture shows the top view of total plant where we still have available land of total 2,100m² for future expansion.
Sustainability
For clean water efficiency, Takasago Indonesia utilizes water softener boiler rejects, AHU condensate, RO rejects and the rest of the regeneration sand filter and carbon filter to be used for watering grass and plants. This will save around 31 thousand litters of clean water per week.

New Technology for Environment
TID wastewater treatment facilities was designed and built by using latest technology of new water waste treatment. This system occupies an area of 260 m2 and has ability to process 103 m3/day and the output fully complies with local environmental regulation.
Since 2020 TID plant has ISO9001, FSSC22000, HALAL certifications and assurance systems to fulfill all customer requirements.
