Takasago International (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd. (TIG) was established in 2004 in Guangzhou, China. With the Corporate Philosophy of Contributing to Society through Technology in mind, TIG has been continuously engaging in various sustainability activities since the establishment.
During these years, TIG has implemented the quality, food safety, environment, occupational health & safety management system and certified with ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, etc.
Environmental Responsibility
TIG strives to be an environment friendly corporate and makes efforts in environment protection in many aspects. Despites the installation of Wastewater Treatment Facility and Deodorization Facilities, some on-line monitoring systems for odor, VOCs and wastewater have also been introduced for better environmental performance.
Aligned with the Takasago Group’s EHS Statement, TIG endeavors to improve the environmental sustainability efforts, such as replacement of boilers with steam, installation of LED lighting, upgrading to energy-efficient equipment, improvement in production processes and continuous resource recycling.
Thanks to the continued commitment and actions in environmental responsibility, TIG has been awarded as one of the Excellent Enterprises on Cleaner Production by the authority.
Communication with Local Communities
During these years, TIG has been actively engaging in various community activities to fulfill social responsibility, such as the garbage sorting propaganda, tree planting, visiting the senior citizens, caring for children, supporting the disabled or disadvantaged and other public benefit activities.
Team-building Activities
TIG recognizes the significance of teamwork and encourages various team-building activities for the employees, including sport activities, outdoor activities, and regular company trip.
