Oral presentation at the 66th Fruit Juice Technology Symposium of Japan Fruit Juice Association

Takasago International Corporation delivered an oral presentation at the 66th Fruit Juice Technology Symposium of Japan Fruit Juice Association, held in Tokyo on September 12, 2025.

At this year’s symposium, Takasago introduced off-flavors that occur in foods and beverages containing fruit juice and methods for searching for off-flavor masking materials using olfactory receptor assays, providing examples such as masking the citral degenerative odor of citrus juice.
