Takasago International Corporation extends deepest condolences to people who have suffered from the earthquake off the Pacific Coast of Tohoku, which struck Northeastern Japan on March 11, 2011.

The following are effects of the earthquake on Takasago as of today.

Product supply

1) Kashima Factory
The fresh water supply has not recovered yet. However we are working to establish the backup plan to resume the operation.

2) Delivery Center in Hiratsuka
We almost completed the works to resume the normal operation. The restoration of equipments has been completed and it is envisaged that the operation would start very soon.
