This perfumer bottle sets hold three glass bottles in a beautifully decorated case. The side of case is decorated with image of paintings, sculptures, and music, making it an example of the Neo-Classicism fashionable in the nineteenth century.

Guerlain, a famous perfume company, sold this portable perfume set. It includes two types of perfume, a bottle of alcohol, a burner and a vaporizer pot, all of which fit in the box. As a set for use when traveling that also functioned as a room fragrance vaporizer, it is quite unusual.

Green glass resembling malachite is called Malachite Glass. It was designed of by Curt Schlevogt, a designer and maker of glass in northern Bohemia. Elegant sets of toiletries with the same motif and perfume bottles in a variety of forms and colors were created using press molds.

Potpourri receptacle with floral motifs

Sèvres was founded as the royal porcelain manufactory during the reign of Louis XV and today is one of the leading French pottery works. In this porcelain cloisonné potpourri receptacle, metallic decoration was applied over a porcelain ground.
