Our learnings from the culinary explorations were combined with various scientific approaches, such as detailed analytical methodologies of culinary standards, to understand and recreate authentic flavor profiles. We have been working on the characteristics of each chicken part, such as white meat, dark meat, tender, and skin. In addition, we also researched the different cooking methods, such as boiled, grilled, and stewed. With these studies, we offer market-relevant flavor solutions.

We continuously collect deep knowledge about different flavor tonalities across the world. The knowledge and technology acquired from various regions are shared and utilized to create our authentic flavors. This allows us to develop new chicken flavors and provide them to our valuable customers.
